Nature is all around us all the time, and we are part of nature. Even sitting by a window, or on your porch or in your backyard, you can get in touch with nature and yourself, giving your mind a break from the stresses and challenges of life.
About the Speaker:
Philip is the Founder and Executive Director of Nature Worx. He is also a Certified Ecotherapy Facilitator. It is his mission to bring the healing, restorative properties of the natural world into the lives of others through Nature Worx. He formed this organization drawing on his experience leading several other not-for-profit organizations focused on family support and outdoor recreation.
