About the Facilitator:

Jeannette, known as Ms. Jay, is a seasoned and accomplished human service worker with a remarkable career spanning over two decades. Ms. Jay took on a pioneering role as the Empowering Children’s Program Director at Village of Hope, a position she continues to excel in today. In addition to her role as Program Director, Ms. Jay is a Respite Caseworker and Parent Advocate at Children’s Choice. Her tireless efforts have positively impacted countless at-risk families and children, providing them with the support and guidance they need to thrive.
