Caring Café – Caregivers and Children’s Stress and the New Norm

Are you a caregiver or parent stuck at home with your children during the quarantine and feeling stressed?  Are you feeling overwhelmed or a bit blue?  Are your children climbing the walls and getting out of control?  Join us during Children’s Mental Health Matters week on Thursday, May 7th from 4-5 pm on Go To Meeting for our first Caring Café.  Our topic will be Caregivers and Children’s Stress and the New Norm.  During this time, we will be sharing tips and resources to help reduce stress as we navigate through this stressful time.  We will have guest speakers, Jeri Jones, Program and Clinical Director for the Eastern & Midshore, from Wraparound Maryland Inc. and Augustine Cook, Training Coordinator and Family Peer Support, from MD Coalition of Families.
