It’s Election Day and children may be asking questions that could be difficult to answer as many Americans have been on edge for months leading up to today.

The Children’s Mental Health Matter’s Campaign would like to offer a few resources to help you with the conversations you may have with your children today and in the days to come as we all navigate the results together. Children notice and hear our conversations more than we realize, so as parents and caregivers, first and foremost, remember to practice self-care.
