Alone Together – Taking Flight Peer Support for Young Adults

Join Taking Flight on Zoom every Thursday at 12 pm for Alone Together! These free online meet-ups create a safe space for honest conversation and peer support for youth 18-26 years. Themes include social distancing, self-care, tele-psychiatry, and much more! They are hosted by a group of young adults who themselves have struggled with behavioral health challenges.
