February 15, 2024 @ 11:30 am - 12:30 pm

Free
with Tiffany Eckstein-Hartwig of Harford County Department of Community Services

The One Love Foundation and its educational content empowers young people with the tools and resources they need to see the signs of healthy and unhealthy relationships and bring life-saving prevention education to their communities.

In this workshop we’re going to learn:

  • The 10 signs of a healthy and unhealthy relationship.
  • How the 10 signs can help you make sense of what you’re seeing in relationships around you and think about what healthier relationships look like.
  • How to recognize if something feels off and what to do about it.
  • Talk about how social media and pop culture can make unhealthy behaviors look like a good thing.

About the Facilitator:

Tiffany is the Bridge Coordinator for the Harford County Department of Community Services. The Bridge Program helps connect families to mental health and behavioral health resources as well as providing direct mental and behavioral health education to at-risk youth in Harford County. Along with her coordinator role, Tiffany educates youth on healthy and unhealthy relationships behaviors as a One Love Educator.
